Do I need to pay to try it?

No. You can create an organization, add teams, and try the planning tools on the free tier. Paid plans unlock higher limits and team features — see the pricing section on the landing page.

How is my data isolated from other organizations?

Every element, schedule, and scenario is scoped to an organization at the database level. Users only see organizations they have been explicitly added to.

Can I undo an optimization?

Yes. The optimizer always shows a diff before you save. If you save and change your mind, you can re-run the optimizer with a different strategy or revert to a prior schedule snapshot.

Does "one week" mean one work week?

Estimates are tracked in hours. When the scheduler places them on the calendar, it uses each team’s configured working hours — so eight hours of work lands on one working day, not one wall-clock day.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app is responsive and works on phones today. Native mobile builds are on the roadmap.
