Optimization

The optimizer takes hour estimates, dependencies, team working hours, and assignees, and produces a proposed schedule. Open the Optimization page, pick a strategy, and review the resulting schedule diff before saving it.

Strategies

• Earliest finish — push every task as early as possible.
• Level load — spread work evenly across assignees.
• Minimal changes — keep the existing schedule wherever it still works.

Scenarios

A scenario is a safe copy of your plan you can edit without touching the live data. Try out a different scope or staffing mix, then use the comparison view to see exactly what changes before merging the scenario back in.
